“Two women eat sunflower seeds in a park, or at a doorstep, or in a courtyard. They share a familiar everyday space, a conversation, the intimacy of silence. Suddenly, singing and dancing break through the ordinary world and introduce magic. In a suspended, enigmatic time, the choreography is born like a delicate whirl until it transforms into a whirlwind. A footwork that complains and laughs in a loop. A song that doesn’t stop, that rises and envelops the space”.
