Course name: Hung Dance Technique

Course description:
The workshop demonstrates Hung Dance’s techniques, focusing on the dynamic and stationary space around the body. Through contemporary thinking the elements of Tai Chi, such as, “slow-moving”, “spiralling” and “discharging energy”, were transformed and developed into the Hung technique of «single point activation» (such as the ripples caused by a stone thrown into the water). This technique can be applied to any part of the body to create unique movement logic.
