Through contemporary thinking the elements of Tai Chi, such as, \u201cslow-moving\u201d, \u201cspiralling\u201d and \u201cdischarging energy\u201d, were transformed and developed into the Hung technique of \u00absingle point activation\u00bb (such as the ripples caused by a stone thrown into the water).
